Customers and appointments

Customers sign in on web or iOS/Android, book, and see their package and payment. A club, a venue or any business runs from the same place.

Staff tracking

Staff see the day’s work and appointments, share their profile with customers and track earnings. With permission they open their own section.

Management panel

Admins, roles, opening hours, calendar, staff load, income and daily work on one panel. Backups and help messages sit here too.

How it works

Create a free account
Sign up with name, email, phone and password, and accept the membership terms. Log in with your phone if you already have an account.

Set up your business
Add trainers, courts, horses, members, packages, opening hours and holidays. Staff, customers, payments and daily work are tracked from the same place.

Let members book
Members book in the app; trainers get notified. You keep time for marketing and the facility. SMS, email and push notifications are available.

What does RideBooking actually do?

It is not only clubs, trainers and venues. It brings appointments, staff, customers, packages, payments and daily work into one system. Customers book on web or mobile; staff and managers use their own panels.

Who can use it?

Sports clubs, court operators, trainers and any business that wants to track its daily work. The contract lists padel/tennis, riding, manege, safari, off-road and boarding modules.

Is signup free?

Yes. Start free on the homepage opens signup. After the trial, the contract bills rental monthly.

How do I log in?

Sign in with your phone number and password. The session stays in a cookie. If you forget the password, use the reset page.

Which payments exist?

Member packages can be sold via virtual POS. PayTR and Stripe appear in the stack. The contract recommends 3D Secure. Card data is not stored on RideBooking servers (contract §4.3).
